Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an attorney referral to schedule?

No. You may contact Clarity Chiropractic directly. An attorney or physician referral is not required.

How quickly can I schedule after an accident?

Availability varies, but we may have same-day appointments available.

Call or text 702-546-0176 and let us know you were recently involved in a car accident.

What information should I have when I call?

If available, it is helpful to have:

  • Date of the accident

  • Auto insurance information

  • Claim number

  • Adjuster information

  • Attorney information, if represented

  • Information regarding any emergency room or urgent care treatment

Don't delay calling simply because you do not have all of this information yet.

Can I come in if I haven't opened an insurance claim yet?

Yes. Contact our office and explain your situation. We can determine what information is needed before your appointment.

What if I already went to the emergency room?

Let us know.

If imaging or other testing was performed, obtaining those records may help avoid unnecessary duplication and allows Dr. Mel to review the care you've already received.

What if I don't have an attorney?

That's fine.

An attorney is not required to receive care at Clarity Chiropractic.

What if I'm already represented by a personal injury attorney?

Provide your attorney's name and contact information to our office. We can coordinate appropriate documentation and communication related to your chiropractic treatment.

Does everyone receive the same accident treatment plan?

No.

Treatment recommendations are based on your history, examination findings, symptoms and progress.
